Our quarterly board meeting was held on Tuesday, October 15. We began the planning process for our annual conference and discussed other goals for the year.

Save the Date: Friday, March 27, 2020 - NMCDA Annual Conference

• The title and theme of the conference will be Opening Doors: Managing Career Transitions, and will feature presentations on working with populations in transition such as veterans, ex-offenders, and people with disabilities.

• Interested in learning about the latest and greatest career assessments? We have recently obtained a copy of A Comprehensive Guide to Career Assessment co-edited by former UNM professor Kevin Stoltz. If you would like to borrow this book, please contact Charles Lehman at [email protected].
• The annual NMCA conference will be held March 13 & 14, 2020. This year’s theme is Looking In & Reaching Out: Diversity – Equity – Inclusion.
• Our next board meeting will be help on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 5:30pm at 725 6th Street NW.
